- For open records requests: submit an online Open Records Request Form. Records will be provided based on available format.
- Under the Texas Public Information Act, some information may be confidential or need to be withheld from release, which includes the exclusions listed here.

Irving Police Department Records Request
- To file an open records request with the Irving Police Department (IPD), download and submit the Police Department Open Records Request form .
- Under the Texas Public Information Act, some information may be confidential or need to be withheld from release. Specifically for Police, this includes the exclusions listed here .
- To request Crash Reports directly from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) online, visit the TxDot Crash Report Purchase Portal .
