Special Event Grant Program

The City of Irving Special Event Grant Program provides financial assistance for special event marketing.


Toolkit

Organizations must first submit a Special Event Permit (33B) before submitting an application. Grant applications will not be considered without prior approval of the required Special Event Permit (33B).



Now Accepting Applications

The city makes grants available for local nonprofits seeking to enhance their special events for the community, supporting their growth, fostering a strong local economy and serving the public interest.


The amount of the grant will not exceed $7,500. Grant applications are reviewed, approved and awarded by a committee, subject to the allocation of funds by the Irving City Council.
