Homeless Prevention Program Nonprofit Application
The City of Irving seeks applications in response to this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) from qualified nonprofit organizations with demonstrated experience to provide homeless prevention services to residents of Irving.

CDBG, ESG, HOME Grant Applications
The City of Irving annually receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Home Investment Partnership Grant (HOME) funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Eligible nonprofits and Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) may apply to administer these funds on behalf of the City of Irving and its low- to moderate-income residents. Learn more

Due to potential budget constraints, the city will not be releasing an application for Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) this fiscal year.
