JSTOR
A Universe of Knowledge Accessible Inside Irving Public Library
Please note that access to JSTOR is currently only available from a Irving Public Library location, either on a library PC or through the Wi-Fi.
The collections feature the full-text articles of more than 2,800 academic journals across the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. Journals span continents and languages, with titles from 1,200 publishers from 57 countries.
Many JSTOR collections are multidisciplinary and comprised of several core subjects, including language and literature, history, economics, and political science. Discipline-specific collections are also available to support focused educational programs, and range from health and science collections to music, Jewish studies, and Iberoamérica.

LearningExpress Library is an easy-to-use online test prep resource that helps people improve their core academic skills, earn a high school equivalency, prepare for college, join the military, obtain occupational certification, change careers, become a U.S. citizen and much more.
LinkedIn Learning
LinkedIn Learning offers more than 16,000 courses, ranging from computer programming to project management including instruction on various computer software, programming languages, and business topics. The video courses are taught by industry experts and are designed for any skill level.
Please note, LinkedIn Learning requires all users to be 16 years or older.
Users will have access to the following content and features:

- Courses are offered in 7 different languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin (Chinese), and Japanese.

Users do not need to have a LinkedIn account to use LinkedIn Learning for Libraries.
There is also a mobile app available! Download the app from your preferred app store, open the app and select "sign in with your library card". Enter the library ID IrvingLibrary followed by your library card number and PIN.
