Interlibrary Loan

To place a request the ILL Texas Armadillo Network, enter the title, author or keyword the search bar and click the magnifying glass to continue.
When selecting the item to request, be sure that the item description is "book" submitting the request.
To login, enter the library card number and pin and finish submitting the request
Please be aware that not all lending libraries are up and running yet with the Texas Armadillo Network. Some item availability may be temporarily limited, and patience is greatly appreciated at this time.

The Interlibrary Loan service is for Irving residents only who have a full access library card standing. Eligible cardholders may have up to 10 active ILL requests on their account at one time.
Please check the Irving Public Library online catalog requesting books through ILL.
Requests for items owned by Irving Public Library may be cancelled.
When placing a request, please double check that the item is the correct format. Due to the change in systems, some items are currently not displaying the right format. Look at the item description to make sure it says "book" requesting.
The library does not supply audio-visual items through ILL.
Please note that ILL materials may take two to six weeks to arrive.
