Whether you're a resident, a visiting guest or working in the city, there's a card option for you. Enjoy access to all seven recreation centers, take advantage of special guest and corporate passes and renew each year. Eligibility
Policies
  1. IPAR Card: Irving residents and nonresidents who purchase an annual IPAR membership receive an IPAR card for access to all seven recreation center.
  2. Guest Pass: Nonresidents in the Dallas-Fort Worth area can purchase a $5 day pass for access to all seven recreation centers.
  3. Corporate Card: Nonresidents working in Irving can obtain a corporate card with proof of employment (company ID or paycheck stub + photo ID).
  4. Courtesy Card: Irving residents may request a free two-week pass for Metroplex guests, renewable as needed. Children visiting a parent with temporary custody receive the same privileges as dependent children.
