Gaming Field Rentals

The City of Irving Athletics Division rents lighted baseball fields and multi-use fields under the supervision of Parks and Recreation. Baseball and multipurpose fields are available for rent at Irving Soccer Complex, Southwest Park and Trinity View Park for tournaments, instructional camps and league games.

General Information

  1. View the complete Policy for Use of Athletic Facilities.
  2. Should renters need port-o-lets placed on-site, renters will need to contract directly with an outside vendor of choice and submit a certificate of insurance to Irving Parks and Recreation. Renters are required to provide one unit per 100 participants, and one unit must be Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant.
  3. Signs and banners can be hung along the fence but must be removed at the end of the event.
  4. Reservations are made on the hour (4 p.m., 5 p.m., etc.) and by the hour only.
  5. Payment must be made in person or online. Check, cash, money order or credit card (MasterCard or VISA) accepted in person. Online reservations require an ACTIVENet account. Note the City of Irving does not accept American Express.


Application

All field usage requests must be directed to the City’s Parks and Recreation Department.


Due to the high volume of application submissions, allow 3-5 business days for requests to be reviewed.
