Engineering Services


The Engineering Services Division is responsible for identifying and completing water infrastructure projects to maintain and improve water and sewer services for the city's customers. This involves master planning efforts that feed into the city's capital improvements plan, overseeing project design, bidding and construction.

Featured Win: Delaware Creek Drainage Project

The City of Irving expanded drainage systems in the area to prevent homes from flooding and to accommodate increased runoff from State Highway 183.
