To receive same-day service, the application must be submitted with applicable deposits and fees paid by 3 p.m.
Additional Information
No one needs to be at the property when the service is activated, as long as all faucets are turned off there. If the water meter is running when the technician activates service, the water will be shut off to protect against potential leaks that might damage the property. The technician will attempt to make contact at the door if this occurs.
If no contact is made, a notice will be posted on the front door requesting someone contact Customer Service to arrange a time to activate the service.
