Mon/Wed/Fri:
- Senior EZ (7:30 to 8:15 a.m.) – Low-impact, improves joint stability, heart health, and strength.
- Senior Pep (8:30 to 9:15 a.m.) – Upbeat workout for strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Tue/Thu:
- Night Steppers (6:30 to 7:15 p.m.) – Evening class to boost strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Saturday:
Aqua Trek Aerobics (10 to 10:45 a.m.) Make a splash with this energizing water aerobics class! Aqua Trek combines cardio, strength and flexibility exercises using water resistance to tone muscles, boost endurance and improve balance.
Aqua Synergy (11 to 11:45 a.m.) Flexible deep or shallow water workout for cardio, strength, and flexibility.
Cimarron Family Aquatic Center
Tue/Wed/Thu
Cardio, Flow and Aqua Aerobics (8 to 8:45 p.m.) High-energy cardio, smooth-flowing movements and low-impact resistance for a full-body burn.
Sundown Splash Aerobics (7 to 7:45 p.m.) Set in chest-deep water, this low-impact, high-energy workout boosts circulation, balance and full-body toning—no swimming required!
